All the participants/members of the IR Music Art Circle are divided into three major categories: music performers, audience and interested persons. These three categories are the keyelements that form our music ecosystem.
The first two categories are more or less clear but who are the interested persons? This category includes specialists related to music like sound engineers / sound producers, soundtechnicians, music managers, booking agents, music promoters, promo agents, digital marketers, SMM specialists as well as backers/donors/investors/business partners/sales teams/business personnel, etc.
So the first category of participants is meant to directly present pieces of music by way of stage performance, concerts and other unique music events, the second one – to enjoythe music spectacle on the stage as a process, when attending this or that exclusive music event/concert, etc. The third category is meant to represent the technical or functional aspect/element in the organization and holdingof a music event in general.

As a rule, it is the participants from the audience that come into play first. Any person who has been familiarized with the IR concept, its ideas, philosophy and the presented piecesof music, will eventually wish to attend an exclusive event, be it a concert, a workshop or an open masterclass.
Then, after choosing the music event according to their interests, the clients will start the procedure of acquiring the so-called IR Open-Ended Event Voucher. This type of entrance ticket is actually a sort of open obligation to the end customer on the part of the organizing company that is 'IngeniousReflection'. In practice, this offer implies the following procedure of implementation:
By default, an IR Open-Ended Event Voucher (starting from the moment of purchase) has a certain open time frame given to the organizing company to accomplish its obligation to the endcustomer, namely to hold this or that music event (concert, workshop or masterclass).

Thus, depending on the number of IR-OEEV purchased and on the location of orders from the potential audience, we form the corresponding pool of music performers and begin the preparationof a music event, concert or masterclass in a particular location/country/city.
At this stage, music performers come into play. As soon as there is the necessary minimum amount of orders (purchased event vouchers), we publish an open engagement for the given musicevent in the respective section of the IR Community Dashboard.
Musicians, in their turn, monitor the status of the published open concert engagements and may submit personal Concert Engagement Requests for the participation in this or that musicevent as headliners, of course.
After consideration/verification and approval/rejection of such request, we conclude a contract with each musician with all the necessary terms and conditions.
After that, we post the date, time and venue of the music event in the respective section of the IR Community Dashboard. Of course, we will, first of all, personally inform the spectators who bought event vouchers for this particular event.
Now, at the third stage, we start the process of preparation and organization of the given music event in a particular location with a particular pool of music performers. Now it is music managers, sound producers or technicians, music equipment specialists, event promoters, etc. who come into play. As other categories of participants of the IR Music Art Circle, they may also monitor the general statusof the music event and in their own way and interests interact with the event organizer ('Ingenious Reflection') via the interactive IR Community Dashboard.
Of course, the above mentioned information is a rather general and brief description of how the IR Music Art Circle functions, without deeper details and peculiarities of functioning of this music art block chain.
IR Community Dashboard
To get access to the IR Community Dashboard, you have to acquire a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription to membership in the community. With this subscription, any community membermay communicate or interact in various ways with other members of the music ecosystem according to his/her personal interests, skill, talents, aspirations, etc.
It should also be noted that access to the IR Community Dashboard is not critically necessary for every potential ecosystem participant (spectator, artist, music manager, etc.). Inmost cases, communication/interaction via the interactive IR Focus Touch Panel will be sufficient.
The IR Community Dashboard provides extended opportunities for real-time access/monitoring of the statuses of various music events, engagements, artist profiles and enables participationin certain music projects as an artist, manager or sound producer 'engaged/subscribed' to a particular music event.
As for musicians, they are free to choose their own way of interaction with the community within the framework of the IR concept. This also means that any musician may also conductits artistic activities beyond the IR Music Art Circle, yet abiding by the terms and conditions of a particular music performance license from 'Ingenious Reflection'.
So, as you see, the music concept is quite flexible and designed in a way that it does not restrict anybody's right to creative self-expression but provides music performers and other participants of the process with utmost freedom of self-expression.
